Derived from the operative stone mason guilds at the time of the building of King Solomon's Temple. 

Following history through the tempests of persecution, war and exploration brings us to the creation of our Grand Lodge of Florida and subsequently Tampa Bay Lodge# 252, Free & Accepted Masons.

Tampa Bay Lodge was chartered April 23, 1925 to meet in Safety Harbor, FL.

TBL has some of the finest Brothers in Pinellas County to have served our lodge as Worshipful Master. Memorable Past Masters include several members of the McMullen and Booth families.

TBL as a staple in the community of Safety Harbor is responsible for starting and running its 1st Volunteer Fire Department seen below
